Easy Oven Baked Panko Crusted Salmon with Maple Mayo
Easy oven baked panko crusted salmon with maple mayo is moist yet crispy for a quick, healthy dinner recipe.
- 1 lb salmon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Maple Mayo Sauce recipe link in notes
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- Olive Oil for drizzling
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Season salmon with salt and pepper and brush generously with maple mayo
Place panko in a shallow bowl or dish then place salmon in dish, pressing down with your fingers to ensure the panko sticks.
Place on baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Fish should be light pink and flaky when cut into. Serve with extra maple mayo if desired.

Maple mayo recipe makes about 1 cup, store leftovers in an airtight jar or container for up to two months (be sure not to cross contaminate it with any salmon!)
