Easy Oven Baked Panko Crusted Salmon with Maple Mayo

  • 1 lb salmon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Maple Mayo Sauce recipe link in notes
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Olive Oil for drizzling


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper and brush generously with maple mayo
  • Place panko in a shallow bowl or dish then place salmon in dish, pressing down with your fingers to ensure the panko sticks.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes.  Fish should be light pink and flaky when cut into. Serve with extra maple mayo if desired.

Maple mayo recipe makes about 1 cup, store leftovers in an airtight jar or container for up to two months (be sure not to cross contaminate it with any salmon!)
