  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave or maple syrup
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place halved brussel sprouts in large bowl.
  • In small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over brussel sprouts and toss to evenly coat.
  • Spread evenly onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often as to not to burn.
  • Remove from oven once brussel sprouts are golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm
