The Best Honey Balsamic Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
A healthy and simple Brussel sprout recipe that’s an easy vegetable side dish this is the best honey balsamic oven roasted brussel sprouts recipe with garlic, lemon and rosemary.
- 2 lb Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey or agave or maple syrup
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place halved brussel sprouts in large bowl.
In small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour over brussel sprouts and toss to evenly coat.
Spread evenly onto baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often as to not to burn.
Remove from oven once brussel sprouts are golden and crispy.
